PaisanoDAO is a social impact DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) with a mission to foster and promote inclusivity and diversity in the Web3 ecosystem.

This organization has its roots in the Ethereum Blockchain and was born as an initiative of its founder, Tony Herrera: a well recognized NFT collector, and crypto connoisseur that has helped Latin American artists to find new opportunities in the ecosystem.

Funded with the intention of making a stand against the problems of our society, PaisanoDAO is here to make a change in the lives of people that has ideas to make a better present and future for our world.

Building in community is the soul of a DAO.

A Decentralized Autonomous Organization is an organism that builds projects using the power of blockchain technology to make them transparent and fair, making this model the next level in business development.

Controlled by the organization members and not influenced by a central government, a DAO has its strength in the decisions that the people take in every aspect of it.

That is where our main inspiration comes from; We took the shape of a rising fist as the symbol of change. PaisanoDAO was funded with the intention of making a stand against the problems of Latin American society using the Blockchain as the Medium for developing projects.

A tribute to the blockchain.

PaisanoDAO idea was born in the early days of the Ethereum Blockchain NFT boom back in 2021. In those days, the Pixelated profile picture NFT phenomenon known as The Cryptopunks was the reference of the NFT movement. Celebrities, CEOS, and investors went crazy to HODL at least one of the 10,000 punks. 

To represent this event, we used a pixelated typography called Print Char 21 as a way to keep the history and essence of where this DAO came from.
