Grupo Proactivo.

Proactivo is a leading real estate company that participates as a Developer or Strategic Partner in residential, commercial, tourist, and industrial developments.

Their old website was a free, non-functional WordPress template. Proactivo asked us to create a custom, functional platform.

Our task was to develop a business tool where they could showcase projects, services, and share tips and news with current customers and prospects.

Understand and clarify the information.

Our first challenge was to completely redesign the information structure. The old website lacked order and logical flow in the message Proactivo needed to convey to its customers and prospects.

We consolidated the most important elements on the homepage, focusing on showcasing services and the latest projects. Additionally, we made it easier for users to stay in touch with Proactivo through a global contact form.

Taking a closer look. 

We designed a beautifully crafted card-like grid where information flows naturally. This layout displays all the essential elements users need to see, including development descriptions, availability, photos, and locations.

Going further:

Sharing relevant content.

We also designed and developed a custom blog to further expand Proactivo's presence. This blog allows Proactivo to share tips and relevant information, offering a richer experience to its audience.

The entire platform is integrated in one place, making it easier to customize and create new content across all sections of the website.
